REGISTRATION/COURSE CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS A CANCELLATION refers to complete termination of registration for any course, workshop or event at FNDC. A TRANSFER refers to the movement of an individual out of one course, workshop or event and into another course, workshop or event. Cancellations All registration cancellations and/or requests for refunds must be made in writing and received postmarked by May 30, 2008. If badges, course tickets or event tickets are mailed or received, they must be returned to the registration company with the written refund request. If tickets or badges are produced before a refund request is received, a service and handling fee in the amount of the initial registration fee is deducted from the refund amount. Refunds are paid to the individual whose name appears at the top of the check or on the credit card used to pay for registration. Transfers Pre-FNDC, course, workshop or event transfers may be made by an individual with no penalty. On-site transfers will not be allowed for any limited seating sessions (such as workshops). On-site transfers will be allowed for sessions with unlimited seating. If an individual wishes to transfer into another session on-site, that individual must pay in full for the new session at the on-site registration fee. That individual must then mail back the badge for the session not attended with a detailed written refund request. Refunds are paid to the individual whose name appears at the top of the check or on the credit card used to pay for registration. Reimbursement for on-site transfers will be processed at the same time as cancellation refunds. Refunds Please allow six weeks after the meeting to process refunds. No refunds are processed without the original tickets/badges. No cancellation refund requests are honored for any reason after the May 30 deadline with the exception of the on site transfer mentioned above.
